VF-Grand Reserve LineA lot of ejuice companies refer to their ejuice as “premium.” I’m not sure that there is an exact standard for using this classification. I’ve vaped quite a few ejuices with the word “premium” slapped on them that tasted pretty ordinary to me. And I’ve had a number of ejuices that didn’t employ “premium” to describe their ejuice that certainly tasted exceptional.

Over the course of the past few weeks I’ve posted an in depth review of each of the six flavors on the VaporFi Grand Reserve Collection menu. Each of these flavors, outstanding in its own right, certainly meets my taste buds’ definition of premium. This recap is meant to provide a brief description of and my impressions on each flavor to give you all of the pertinent information in one place.

To see the full review of each flavor just click on the name of each flavor below. VaporFi offers their Grand Reserve Collection in 30 ml glass dripper bottles for $21.99. Each flavor is mixed in a PG/VG ratio of 30/70 and is steeped and/or aged before they sell it.

VF catch ya latte with best in showCatch Ya Latte: VaporFi describes this coffee-based flavor as, “Fresh brewed espresso with crushed hazelnuts, caramel swirl and syrup drizzle to create an authentic latte.”

Of all the six flavors on the VaporFi Grand Reserve Collection menu I think Catch Ya Latte is my favorite, but they are all wonderful. It won Best In Show in the coffee category at the Vape Summit 2015. Catch Ya Latte has a rich, complex, multi-layered flavor profile. One of the best coffee based ejuice I’ve ever vaped.

Cloud Candy official bottleCloud Candy: Described as, “Juicy gummi bears swimming in a pool of gelatin under fluffy clouds of cotton candy.”

This is a bright, slightly sweet vape with a juicy smorgasbord of candy and fruity flavors. There are notes of raspberry, orange, lemon and maybe some strawberry along with the near purely sugar note of cotton candy.

Island Frost officialIsland Frost: This is, “An exotic fusion of pineapple and coconut with champagne infused blueberries, muddled mint and lime garnish.”

This is a complex, full-bodied ejuice. Coconut is the lead flavor, but there’s plenty of fresh, juicy pineapple and hints of lime and blueberry. The mint really kicks in on the exhale. Island Frost is one of the first ejuices I’ve tried with a coconut note, and I’m looking forward to trying more of them.

VF Meringue O Tang officialMeringue O Tang: Just like a, “Fresh warm glazed doughnut filled with a sweet, intoxicating lemon zest custard.”

To me, Meringue O Tang actually tastes better than the flavor that inspired it, lemon custard filled doughnuts. I’m not a fan of the doughnuts, but I am a fan of this ejuice. It leads with the warm, creamy sweetness of a glazed doughnut. That’s followed by a slightly sweet, slightly tart lemon note in a near perfect blend.

VF Pineapple Pow bottle with box officialPineapple Pow: Described as, “A delightful blend of melons and pineapples with a hint of hibiscus.”

The second flavor on the Grand Reserve Collection menu to feature pineapple, Pineapple Pow leads with that juicy, slightly sweet, bright pineapple, mellowed just a bit by that light melon and the slightly floral essence of hibiscus. It’s a complex, nuanced vape.

DV Rainbow Custard officialRainbow Custard: This is, “A mouth watering blend of ripe strawberries and handpicked tangerines blended together with Crème Anglaise.”

Rainbow Custard is an interesting blend of flavors that I would not have thought of on my own, but I’m glad the mixologists at VaporFi did. It’s juicy with that mild sweetness of strawberries and the darkly sweet note of tangerines floating on the creamy smooth Crème Anglaise.

Each flavor on the VaporFi Grand Reserve Collection menu is a delightfully nuanced blend of premium flavors. There’s at least one flavor here sure to please everyone, probably more than just one. Thanks again to VaporFi for providing the entire menu.

I vaped all of the VaporFi Grand Reserve Collection flavors in a VaporFi Volt Hybrid tank with a Ni 200 coil on the VaporFi VOX TC 50 watt mod, with the exception of Catch Ya Latte, which I vaped in a Kangertech Subtank Plus Black Edition on the VOX TC 50 watt mod.
