Contest Rules

From time to time Seven Report will secure products for give-aways to our readers and viewers. Each individual give-away may have its own set of rules, and if they do those exceptions to the rules outline below will be spelled out in the description of that particular contest. In general the following rules and conditions will apply to all contests and give-aways offered by Seven Report.

Rules & Conditions

1. You must be at least 18-years-old to enter any Seven Report contest, regardless of the prize offered.
2. One entry per contest per person.
3. You may enter as many Seven Report contests and give-aways as you like, but you can only win once in any 30-day period.
4. Seven Report does not sell or furnish your information to any third party EXCEPT when prizes are furnished to Seven Report by one of our advertisers or review product suppliers. In cases where prizes are to be shipped directly to the winner from the supplier of that prize Seven Report will provide the supplier with any information from the contest entry form necessary to deliver the prize to you.
5. Seven Report will make every effort to ensure that winners receive the prizes as described on the contest entry. However, in cases where prizes are supplied and shipped by one or more of our advertisers or review product suppliers Seven Report is not responsible for the condition of products shipped or failure of the product supplier to deliver. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a prize, please inform Seven Report and we will make every effort to rectify the problem.
6. Unless noted otherwise, Seven Report is simply the facilitator of the contest or give-away, not the supplier. Seven Report will not track the value of prizes awarded for purposes of local or federal taxes. Any taxes due on products awarded through a contest publicized on Seven Report are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Most of the products featured in Seven Report contests and give-aways are intended for use by persons at least 18-years-old. Before using any product awarded through a contest or give-away publicized on Seven Report it is the winner’s responsibility to fully read any instructions, warnings, manuals and or labels. Seven Report is not responsible for damages, harm or mishaps that may occur from the use of products awarded through contests or give-aways publicized on Seven Report. Use any products at your own risk.
