All tortes are cakes, but not all cakes are tortes. What distinguishes a torte is that it’s denser, made with ground nuts or bread crumbs and very little, if any, flour. This gives the torte a rather unique texture. And like the pastry it’s named for, Tropical Torte ejuice by Vape Moar has a rather unique texture and an almost indescribable flavor.
Vape Moar’s website says, “Tropical Torte isn’t a flavor that’s easy to forget, but just try to describe it to someone! It’s a delicate blend of creams and fruits with a touch of pastry that is truly one of a kind. While it’s difficult to pick apart any one flavor, you’ll notice subtle hints of bright citrus that balance out the sweetness of this unique eliquid. It’s the sort of flavor that simply can’t be described, it has to be vaped to be believed. Even after you’ve vaped it, you’ll find it amazingly hard to put your finger on exactly what it tastes like, because, like all great flavors, it’s subtly different depending on your temperature, device and personal vaping preferences.”
As a reviewer, I hate descriptions like that, but as a vaper I love flavors like that. Tropical Torte is a unique flavor experience. Like an actual torte it has a certain denseness to it, but the flavor is light and bright. It’s a little sweet, sort of citrusy, very creamy and loaded with subtle flavor notes.

On the inhale there’s a definite citrus note, but identifying which citrus fruit is difficult. It’s a little like orange, but not quite, maybe tangerine. And then there’s something a little more tangy, perhaps just a hint of lemon. That’s tempered with a smooth, light sweetness, maybe provided by a berry flavor. On the exhale the flavor of sweet, light cream jumps to the forefront with a tease of pastry texture.
The vapor is plentiful, smooth and little warm. Tropical Torte has a mild throat hit and its aroma is lightly sweet with a hint of citrus and cream.
This is a very complex flavor, and, as the description says, you’ll notice different subtleties of taste depending on the wattage and temperature you select. I vaped Tropical Torte for several days and found it wonderful. I tried a variety of wattages and each tasted like a slightly different take on this complex flavor.
Don’t let the use of the terms “tropical” or “citrus” fool you, or keep you from trying Tropical Torte. An ejuice this complex defies a name that completely describes it.
