I know a little bit about blueberries. I have several blueberry bushes growing on my property, so I’ve come to appreciate good, fresh blueberries. They’ve become something of a treat for my family. In Georgia the blueberry harvest can start as early as late April and run into early August. My bushes have never had ripe berries earlier than July. But when they do turn that deep purple we know we’re in for a week or two of blueberry pancakes, blueberry muffins, blueberry pie and cobbler, blueberry topped ice cream and cereal and the occasional bowl of blueberries and cream. How big a harvest we get depends on the weather and on how many blueberries my grandsons eat while we pick them.
Blueberries are full of antioxidants, so they’re really good for you. And they’re delicious. At least to me. Some members of my family don’t care for them, no matter how fresh, plump and juicy they are right off the bush. That just means more for me. Georgia produces a fair amount of blueberries, about 10% of all of them grown in the U.S. But the really big player in the blueberry game is Maine. Maine produces about a quarter of all the blueberries in North America.
And Maine blueberries are credited with providing the inspiration and primary flavor for Royal Heights Vapor’s Blue Balls ejuice. Their website says of Blue Balls ejuice, “We just had to throw in a little play on words for this one! Imagine fresh, plump Maine blueberries folded into sweet dairy cream–a blueberry lovers delight!”

Blue Balls is an ejuice that lives up to its description. On the inhale there’s an unmistakable blueberry flavor, fresh, juicy, sweet and crisp. On the exhale that taste is joined by a sweet cream note, making this a smooth vape. That taste of blueberries and cream lingers just a moment on your lips as the final wisps of vapor escape your mouth.
The vapor is just a little warm and velvety. The throat hit is in the light to almost medium range. Blue Balls has a rich, sweet aroma dominated by the berries, but that light scent of sweet cream is present as well.
I found Blue Balls to be an enjoyable vape at any time of day, though it did take a little more explaining than usual when someone would say to me, “Oh, that smells so good, what is it?” When I would answer, “Blue Balls,” the questioner would snicker a little and then wait for more information. It got to the point that I would simply respond, “It’s a blueberries and cream ejuice.”
For reasons that escape me, not everyone is fond is of blueberries. I suppose there really is no accounting for taste. If that describes you, well, Blue Balls is quite definitely a blueberry flavored ejuice. If you do like blueberries, you’re going to love Blue Balls.
