Sometimes the simplest things are the best. That’s especially true when it comes to flavor combinations. Peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter and chocolate, sugar and cinnamon. With all of those two-taste combinations there’s a distinct contrast that at the same time is complementary. One of my favorites is strawberries and cream.
It doesn’t get much simpler than scooping some strawberries into a bowl and spooning a little (or a lot of) whipped cream on top. But that combination of flavors; the juicy sweetness with just a hint of tartness of the strawberries and the velvety creaminess and slightly sweet flavor of the cream, the taste belies the simplicity of the recipe, if those two basic ingredients can be called a recipe.
Royal Heights Vapor has managed to capture that simple yet elusive taste experience in their ejuice Red Whip. They describe it as, “Simply strawberries and delicious sweet cream at their finest!” Royal Heights Vapor so closely duplicated the sweet flavor of strawberries and cream that Red Whip has been rated in the top 1% by ZampleBox.
The Numbers As Tested
Nicotine Level 6 MG
PG/VG Ratio 40/60
Red Whip is a sweet, smooth delicious vape. The primary flavor on the inhale is strawberry, sweet, juicy and fresh. There’s hint of that smooth cream on the inhale that really pops on the exhale. The strawberry is also noticeable on the exhale, but it’s slightly more muted than on the inhale. The flavor is genuine, much closer to a bowl full of fresh strawberries than a strawberry shake.
The throat hit of Red Whip is on the light side. The vapor itself is slightly warm, creamy and rich. The aroma is dominated by strawberries, but with definite notes of the cream. And that aroma, like the taste, is genuine strawberries and cream.
I vaped Red Whip for several days and was amazed with each hit at how closely it tasted to an actual bowl of strawberries and cream. There was no flavor fatigue, and the taste held up tank after tank. For fruit or dessert ejuice lovers, Red Whip is going to become a favorite. If you’re not a fan of sweet ejuice, then Red Whip may be a little much for you, but I found it more refreshing than overpoweringly sweet.
Royal Heights Vapor offers Red Whip in a 30 ml glass bottle for $21.99. Nicotine levels are available in 6 MG increments from 0 to 18 MG. The PG/VG ratio on Red Whip is 40/60. I vaped Red Whip in a Kangertech Subtank Nano on an Eleaf iStick 50 watt. Royal Heights Vapor provided the bottle of Red Whip I sampled for the purpose of this review.
