First Look: Arymi Arymi-One Kit

There has been an amazing amount of new vape products to hit the market in just the past few weeks. Among them are a number of devices that are fairly simple to operate and quite suitable for smokers just entering the world of vaping. Of course, that doesn’t mean that these products are exclusively for beginners.

One of them is the new Arymi-One Kit from Arymi, a subsidiary of Kangertech. The Arymi-One is an integrated device with the battery and tank built together. The tank is similar to the Arymi Armor tank with a 0.5 ohm Stainless Steel CHC (clean hands coil) installed. The tank has a 3.0 ml capacity.

The mod has an internal 2300 mAh battery which is rechargeable via the micro USB port on the side of the device. Arymi includes a charging cable and a set of extra O-rings.

To fill the tank or change the coil twist the drip tip and lift the assembly out of the tank. Simply drip some ejuice into the tank, but don’t go above the “MAX” line on the inside of the tank. When using a new coil be sure to prime it by putting a drop or two of ejuice on the cotton that’s visible through the ejuice flow ports. Then slide the coil/drip tip assembly back into the tank and screw it on tight.

The Arymi-One powers on and off with five clicks of the fire button. To vape, simply press the fire button. Nothing to set or adjust. Simplicity at its finest. The LED behind the fire button will flash 15 times when the battery needs to be recharged. While charging the LED will glow red and turn green when it’s fully charged.

I filled the tank with ejuice, first priming the coil, and then let it sit for about 10 minutes to make sure the coil was fully saturated. Then I turned on the Arymi-One and gave it a first vape. Vapor production was fair and the flavor was good. The draw was a little tight. I can see how this would be a great device for someone just beginning to vape, or a good back up device for more experienced vapers.

I’ll be using the Arymi-One Kit extensively over the next week or two and then posting a full, in-depth review. If you follow Seven Report on Twitter or Facebook you’ll find out that way when that review is live.

The Arymi-One Kit from Arymi is so new that their website doesn’t yet list a price for it. I’ll have a link to a website where you can order it in that full review. Meantime you can find more about Arymi here.
