English Toffee is one the flavors I requested from American eLiquid Store. It’s from their in-house label, American eLiquid, and is in their rich flavors line. Toffee is an under rated flavor, rarely showing up on anyone’s lists of favorite or must-have flavors. English Toffee is a very distinct variety of toffee, more buttery than regular toffee and often made with almonds. And butter, lots of butter.
Many people associate toffee with caramel, even the official description on the American eLiquid Store website compares their English Toffee to Werther’s Original caramel. But toffee is more closely related to butterscotch. Butterscotch and toffee are made with brown sugar, while caramel is made with granulated sugar. Though Werther’s Original caramel does use a mix of both types of sugar.
The official description of English Toffee from American eLiquid is, “Like a classic Werther’s Original caramel candy that melts in your mouth, our English Toffee is an excellent eLiquid flavor for anyone who loves sustained essence throughout their vape. It’s a mix between silky smooth butterscotch flavor and a warm, melt-in-your mouth caramel rush that blend together for the perfect English Toffee taste!”

I’ve tried both butterscotch and caramel flavored ejuices before, and have yet to be totally satisfied. English Toffee is the first toffee flavored ejuice I’ve sampled, and it comes closer to duplicating its namesake taste than any of the others in this butterscotch-caramel-toffee flavor family. It’s not exact, but it’s quite close. On the inhale the taste is a little more like butterscotch with a definite hint of caramel/toffee on the exhale. There is the tendency for this ejuice to have a little tongue bite on the inhale, especially if you’re pulling a long lung hit. But overall the flavor is smooth and creamy, almost silky.
English Toffee provides a solid throat hit, but one that is not only manageable but enjoyable. I like to know that I’m inhaling more than air when I vape. This ejuice produces a warm vapor, warmer than any none-custard based ejuice I’ve sampled. And, like the taste, that vapor is smooth and creamy. The aroma is light, caramely and inviting.
I’ve been vaping English Toffee exclusively for more more than two days, and haven’t tired of it or found a time of day when I didn’t enjoy it. That said, I think this flavor is best suited for times when you can sit back with a good cup of coffee, relax and savor it’s creamy nature.
American eLiquid Store offers English Toffee in 15 ml, 30 ml and 60 ml sizes for $9.99, $17.99 and $29.99 respectively.
