When I was a kid my first experience with peaches almost soured me on the fruit for life. For a number of years the only type of peaches my mom ever had in the house were canned, in heavy syrup. Too sticky sweet for my tastes, even as a kid. Years later, when we stopped at a roadside farm stand one summer on vacation somewhere far south of New Jersey, my dad bought a bag of fresh peaches. He practically had to beg me to try one.
I bit through the fuzzy outer skin, that soft inner fruit exploding on my taste buds as the juice trickled down my chin and arm. “This is a peach?” I mumbled in disbelief as I took another, much larger bite. “Are you sure? This is nothing like what’s in those cans.” I would have finished off that entire bag by myself if my parents hadn’t stopped me. And they only manged to do that by promising to go back to the farm stand to get more peaches the next day. At least that’s how I remember it.
Now that I live in Georgia I’ve become something of a peach snob. Only fresh will do. And if I’ve picked them off the tree myself, well that’s even better. So when American eLiquid Store sent a bottle of Dura Smoke Peach ejuice for me to review I was hopeful, but at the same time didn’t expect to be wowed. The fact that they simply named this ejuice “Peach” is pretty bold. That doesn’t leave them with too much wiggle room when it comes to flavor, especially going up against my taste buds.
The official description of Peach ejuice is, “We’re just going to go ahead and say that Peach may just be the king of fruits. Can you tell that we’re kind of biased? It’s actually a good thing because at least you know that Peach DuraLiquid was slaved over until it met the highest expectations of our staff! It’s true, we love the taste of peach so much that it’s really one of the most impressive flavors that we offer. With a blossoming fruity flavor on each and every draw, the only thing that could possibly make it better is the clean finish and fresh feeling that you’re left with as you exhale a cloud of delicious smelling vapor.”

Turns out Dura Smoke’s Peach ejuice is aptly named. The taste is that of a peach. It’s lightly sweet with just the slightest tanginess on the inhale. On the exhale there’s a juicy texture to the flavor, like a peach only hours after being plucked from the tree.
Peach produces loads of smooth vapor with a mild throat hit. The aroma is what you’d expect when you bite into a fresh peach, delightful and reminiscent of a sun drenched orchard on a warm Georgia afternoon.
I vaped Peach for two days and only stopped because I was getting dangerously close to emptying the bottle, and I needed to save a little for a future feature I’m planning for Seven Report that puts Peach and two other Peach-based flavored ejuices up against each other. Keep checking back for that report.
There was no flavor fatigue with Peach, and I didn’t run into a time of day when I didn’t enjoy vaping it, even looking forward to vaping it. Of course, if you’re not a big fan of the taste of peach your results may vary.
