We’ve finally come to the end of the Forge Vapor ejuice menu, 10 flavors all crafted especially for use in temperature control devices and supplied by our friends at American eLiquid Store. I saved what I expected would be among my favorite flavors from Forge Vapor for last, Artisan Vanilla. I was not wrong, nor was I disappointed.

Vanilla is one of my favorite flavors in any medium; ice cream, cookies, cake, pudding, milk shakes, candy and ejuice. I’ve said that before as a means of introducing a vanilla based ejuice review here on Seven Report, and I’ve reviewed quite a few of them and sampled even more.

Forge Artisan Vanilla detailVanilla can be a tricky flavor to get right in ejuice, especially when it’s the sole flavor. Sometimes it comes out too sweet or too sharp. Good vanilla should be slightly sweet, maybe a little warm, smooth, creamy and clean. Artisan Vanilla from Forge Vapor is all of those things.

The Forge Vapor website describes it saying, “A perfect vape for tanks or drippers alike, our Artisan Vanilla is an exercise in quality vapecraft. It’s a trusty and true vanilla flavor that doesn’t vape oily or leave an unpleasant aftertaste, even with high heat.”

American eLiquid Store says, “Solid and true, Artisan Vanilla is a real workhorse. A clean vanilla flavor that’s not oily, smoky or filled with extras, it’s a pure vanilla at any temperature.”

The Numbers As Tested

Nicotine Level      3 MG
PG/VG Ratio        40/60

Artisan Vanilla is pure vanilla. A little light, like a good vanilla should be. The inhale and exhale are pretty consistent, sweet, clean, smooth and creamy vanilla. The vapor is smooth and creamy and the throat hit is light. The aroma is light and tempting, like an expensive vanilla scented candle or vanilla pudding cooling on the stove.

I vaped Artisan Vanilla for several days and just about emptied the 50 ml bottle before I could sit down and write this review. This is a flavor that is just light enough to keep you coming back again and again for one more hit.

Artisan Vanilla bottle mineForge Vapor suggests vaping Artisan Vanilla between 400° F – 550° F. For me the sweet spot was around 480° F. But that’s one of the beauties of Forge Vapor ejuices, each flavor exhibits subtle nuances at different temperatures so you can experiment a little and find the temperature that best suits you. For vanilla ejuice fans, Artisan Vanilla is a definite must try. It’s pure vanilla bliss.

American eLiquid Store offers Artisan Vanilla from Forge Vapor in 50 ml bottles for $24.99. Nicotine options are 0 MG, 1.5 MG, 3 MG, 6 MG and 9 MG. Forge Vapor mixes Artisan Vanilla in a 40/60 PG/VG ratio.

I vaped Artisan Vanilla in a Kangertech Subtank Plus Black Edition on the SMOK R-Steam Mini and in the Kangertech DRIPBOX. American eLiquid Store provided the bottle of Forge Vapor Artisan Vanilla I sampled for the purpose of this review.
