Cons

  • Strawberry milk flavor not EXACTLY a fruit flavor

Strawberry flavored milk is one of those tastes that bring back warm childhood memories. Rainy afternoons after school my brother and sister and I would often enjoy a glass of strawberry Nestlé‘s Quik with a snack before tackling homework. Nestlé‘s introduced strawberry Quik in the 1950s. In the 1990s they changed the name of both the strawberry and chocolate flavored varieties to NESQUIK.

I can’t remember the last time I had a glass of Quik, or NESQIK. I’m pretty sure it was before Nestlé‘s changed the name. Not many adults that I know drink strawberry flavored milk, expect for maybe those in Australia. That’s the country that drinks more flavored milk than any other on the planet. Especially in South Australia, where they drink more flavored milk than cola.

VML Vapors recently introduced a new line of ejuice, Dairy Drip, and one of the flavors in that line is a strawberry milk flavor called Red Cow. VML describes Red Cow simply as “strawberry milk.” Their website does say that the Dairy Drip line, their newest, has “creamy, milky taste, straight outta the carton.”

The Numbers As Tested

Nicotine Level     3 MG
PG/VG Ratio        Max VG

If you’ve ever had strawberry milk, like NESQUIK, you know that the strawberry flavor it provides is not quite authentic. Red Cow from VML Vapors actually has a more authentic strawberry flavor than those powdered varieties. On the inhale there’s a creamy smooth strawberry milk flavor that’s consistent all the way through the exhale.

Dairy Drip Red Cow has a mild throat hit and the vapor is smooth. This ejuice has a sweet strawberry aroma that’s on the light side.

I’ve been vaping Red Cow for several days at all times of day. It’s just sweet enough to satisfy most sweet tooths without being overbearing. It’s not exactly a fruity flavor, but then, it’s not exactly supposed to be. It does remind me of those rainy afternoons around the kitchen table sharing the events of the day with my mom and siblings, and that’s an added bonus to this delightful ejuice.

VML offers Red Cow in 100 ml bottles with a list price of $27.95, but as of this writing the price is shown as $24.00. Available nicotine levels are 0 MG, 3 MG and 6 MG. Red Cow is mixed in a Max VG PG/VG ratio.

I vaped Dairy Drip Red Cow in a SMOK TFV8 tank on a Kangertech Pollex mod. VML Vapors provided the bottle of Red Cow I sampled for the purpose of this review.
