Pros

  • Authentic flavor
  • Well blended

Cons

  • May be too sweet for some

It’s amazing how things change as we get older, like our sense of taste. When we were kids we’d eat just about anything as long as it had enough sugar on it. The sweeter the better. That’s probably why lollipops, in one form or another, have been so popular for so long. There’s not much to them beside corn syrup, sugar and one or more flavors, usually fruit.

Since 1979 Ring Pops have been among the most popular varieties of lollipop. With a plastic ring holding a jewel shaped chunk of candy, Ring Pops are almost as much a fashion statement as a candy, at least for the pre-teen sweet tooth set.

Central Vapors makes an ejuice inspired by this particular variety of lollipops, Razzleberry Ring Pop. The description of Razzleberry Ring Pop says it, “has that amazing tartness from Razzleberry with a sugary candy kick.”

I did a little research and found that razzleberry is a real thing, sort of. It’s a combination of sweet blackberries and tart raspberries, usually combined in a pie. (Central Vapors also offers a Razzleberry flavored ejuice, without the extra “sugary candy kick.”)

The Numbers As Tested

Nicotine Level      3 MG
PG/VG Ratio        30/70

Central Vapors has blended these two fruit flavors, blackberry and raspberry so expertly that they combine to create a new taste treat, razzleberry. It’s sweet and just a little tart. The addition of that sugary candy kick really kicks. The flavor is consistent on both the inhale and the exhale.

The vapor is almost sticky sweet, much like the experience of eating a Ring Pop. The throat hit is mild and the aroma is fruity and sweet.

Razzleberry Ring Pop is a very sweet ejuice and that sugary sweetness quiets down most of the tartness of the raspberry, but enough of it comes through to let you know it’s there.

I vaped Razzleberry Ring Pop for three days and did I mention, this is one very sweet ejuice. It’s actually very good with a cup of black coffee which serves to tone down that sweetness a little.

Central Vapors offers Razzleberry Ring Pop in 10 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml bottles for $5.99, $14.99 and $23.99. Available nicotine levels are 0 MG, 3 MG 6 MG, 12 MG, 18 MG and 24 MG. They’ll mix it in a variety of PG/VG ratios, including Max VG, 30/70, 50/50, 70/30 or 100 PG.

I vaped Razzleberry Ring Pop in a SMOK TFV8 on a VaporFi VEX 150 TC mod. Central Vapors provided the bottle of Razzleberry Ring Pop for the purpose of this review.
