First Look: Eleaf iStick 50 Watt

iStick 50 with tankFollowing the success of the Eleaf iStick 20 Watt, Eleaf introduced several new models, a 30 watt and the top of the line 50 watt model. American eLiquid Store sent Seven Report one of the iStick 50 Watt models for review. On first look, the new 50 Watt is very impressive. While larger than the 20 watt, it still maintains a sleek size, practically disappearing in my hand.

The iStick 50 Watt, as the name implies, has a maximum output of 50 watts. It’s variable wattage, from 5 to 50 watts, and variable voltage, from 2 to 10 volts. It is significantly larger than the 20 Watt version, in large part because it’s a 4400 mAh battery, which means it should provide days of vaping between charging. And, like the original iStick, it does have pass through charging capability, meaning you continue to vape with it while it’s charging. It will fire coils all the way down to 0.2 ohms.

There are several design differences on the iStick 50 Watt. Both sides are rounded, making it fit comfortably in your hand. The fire button is on the side and the up and down arrow buttons and OLED display are on the front of the device. American eLiquid Store offers the iStick 50 Watt in silver, blue or black. The package includes the iStick, a 510 adapter ring so you can attach virtually any tank, a micro USB charging cable, a 1A wall adapter and a user’s manual.

I’ll be using the Eleaf iStick 50 Watt extensively over the next week or so and then posting a full, in depth review. If you follow Seven Report on Twitter or Facebook we’ll notify you that way when the full review is up.
