First Look: Coil Master Coiling Kit V3
Coil Master recently introduced a new version of their popular Coiling Kit, the Coiling Kit V3. This upgraded coiling kit is not only larger and easier to work with than previous versions, but it also gives rebuilders the option of twisting coils in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction.
The kit comes with a base, three top covers and six coiling poles in from 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm in .5 mm increments. All of the poles and the top covers have the sizes clearly marked on them.
It also includes a small screwdriver and storage pouch. The Coiling Kit V3 is available in red, blue or black.
This is a very good looking, solidly built, convenient tool. I’ve already used it a number of times with Kanthal wire and was amazed at how easy it was and how well the coils came out.
