I’m normally not a fan of knock offs or imitations. Yes, I know that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But too often the imitation doesn’t come close to the original. Of course there are exceptions. Perhaps the most notable is the Oreo.
Yes, the world’s favorite cookie is a knock off. Nabisco introduced the Oreo in 1912 to compete with the Hydrox. Sunshine began making the Hydrox in 1908, but Oreos quickly outsold Hydrox and before long became the best selling cookie in the world.
Oreos are so universally loved that the block in the Chelsea area of Manhattan where they were developed, Ninth Avenue between 15th and 16th Streets is now called “Oreo Way.”

I was pretty eager to sample Cookies And Cream. Ted from Deluxe Ejuice told me that he’s been vaping this ejuice for awhile and was having a hard time putting it down. After vaping a bottle of it, I can see why. On the inhale Cookies And Cream has a mild chocolate taste with just a little bit of sweet cream flavor. That creamy taste moves a little more to the front on the exhale, but that chocolate is still there.
The vapor is smooth and a little warm and the throat is mild. Cookies And Cream has an invitingly understated chocolate aroma with just a hint of sweet cream.
I vaped Cookies And Cream from Deluxe Ejuice till the bottle was empty, which happened much too soon. Like the cookie that inspired it, Cookies And Cream is almost impossible to put down. Deluxe Ejuice has managed to concoct an amazing blend of mild chocolate and smooth, sweet cream, much like eating an Oreo with a glass of milk.
